Each of our dishes has taken months to develop.  We strive to perfect their multiple layers of flavour and outstanding textures.

Most gluten-free products on the market are dry, tasteless and loaded with additives. So we decided to develop a range of our own favourites to ensure that they are nutritious, packed with flavour and have a great mouth feel.

We source and use only the highest quality natural ingredients - many of them organic - to ensure we achieve the high possible standards.  Every product we make is created in a single batch to ensure that they are absolutely fresh.

Lime & Chili Chocolate Torte

Lime & Chili Chocolate Torte

This is not food… it's an experience. As you bite into the torte you encounter the firm but soft caramel chocolate with its subtle hints of lime before it starts to gently melt in your mouth. After a couple of chews the rich chocolate flavour introduces itself. Then, just when you think it's over, the back of your throat receives a very gentle “hi” from the chili.

These handcrafted little pockets of flavour and texture are perfect for filling with salads and falafels. We have received a seal of approval for their flavour and texture authenticity from our Greek friends. We very slightly undercook them so that when toasted they are perfect. They freeze brilliantly.

Banana Bread

This is a very banana flavoured loaf with a touch of spice that deepens the flavour experience. It comes in a standard loaf size. The bread is great on its own or made even more delicious with a generous spread of butter. It is beautifully moist and keeps for at least 5 days in an airtight container.

Spinach Empanadas

We develop the umami of the spinach filling with a touch of miso. The casing is light and crispy yet retains its buttery flavour. We can make either 2 large pasties or 6 empanadas for each order. We sell them uncooked so they can be baked immediately or put in the freezer for later.

Almond & Poppy Seed Crackers

Almond & Poppy Seed Crackers

These firm yet delicate little crackers are perfect for a cheeseboard. They have a delicate nutty flavour that is boosted by the poppy seeds with almost a hint of sweet from the almonds. These crackers keep for at least a week in an airtight container.

These are a must for anyone who can tolerate GF oats. We make them using the traditional US method so they spread beautifully whilst they cook. They are so chewy and chocolatey on the inside yet crisp and indulgently rich to bite into. We add chocolate two ways to endure maximum flavour.

Our chocolate cake is rich and moist, using only high-quality flours. We have slightly reduced the quantity of sugar so that it is not overly sweet so that you experience the deep chocolatey flavour. The cake has a centre and covering of rich, creamy chocolate ganache. We serve it simple so that it can be decorated á choix.

From the gold mines of Johannesburg comes this simple yet flavourful bowl of crunchy deliciousness. Our method of cooking brings an earthier flavour to this lightly spiced dish. It can be served hot or cold as part of a meal or as a simple filing for pita/topping for toast.

Almond Cookies

These awesome balls of naturally sweet nuttiness are ridiculously moreish. To reduce the sugar content to the very minimum, we use locally sourced Horxata flour. The little sugar that is in the cookies is unrefined and adds an earthy molasses and caramel to the cookies. They keep for up to a week in an airtight container.

We size our patties so that they cook to perfection but retain their moistness. They are perfectly spiced and use only the freshest ingredients. For a healthier option they can be brushed with oil and popped in a hot oven.

These phenomenal cheesecakes have a crispy biscuity crust with a creamy lemony topping. We make our own biscuit base to ensure that it is fresh and additive free. Our topping is made from coconut cream and creamy cashews blended to a silky-smooth finish with a spice infused lemony tang to round out the flavours.

We use high quality flours to produce these thin crust sourdough bases. We use a slow rising and triple kneaded method to produce a good elasticity to the dough. We roll and cur them so all you need to do is add your favourite toppings to produce outstanding pizzas.
