In this 3-4 hour course, you will make three different international dishes from Thailand, India and South Africa, plus an accompaniment. During the session we will talk about the different sensory experiences of food and learn about the ingredients that help to create umami. As in all our courses, we will discuss why these methods work on a scientific level to grow your confidence is working with new techniques.
