Service Description

In this 3-4 hour course, you will make one healthy fried wrap and a filling, a nut based rissole that will be coated, and an egg-free quiche. During the session we will talk about different methods of processing ingredients and using herbs and spices to bring unique and complex flavours to plant-based foods.  As in all our courses, we will discuss why these methods work on a scientific level to grow your confidence is working with new techniques.
